TheGhostHunterOnline.com Legal Statement
The lawyers at TheGhostHunterOnline.com and Ghost Hunter
Productions want to make sure that every kid who visits
the site is aware of all the important legal stuff.
So, here it is. (For adults, the very legal-sounding
stuff is further down.)
Ghost Hunters!
Your need for knowledge includes
the following information:
Copyright rules
Everything that you see or read on TheGhostHunterOnline.com
is owned by Ghost Hunter Productions. That means you
cannot copy or transmit any of it.
TheGhostHunterOnline.com will offer images, such as
email postcards, that you can send to your friends.
The images that are “ok” to send will be clearly marked,
with something like “SEND THIS TO YOUR FRIENDS!”
If an image does not have a message saying it is cool
to copy or transmit it to others, please do not copy
or transmit it for any reason. To do so would
be breaking a law.
Places you post stuff
TheGhostHunterOnline.com wants kids from around the
world to be able to say what they think about The Ghost
Hunter books, Cori and Marta, the ghosts, the hauntings,
the fan club! But, if we find something inappropriate,
we have the right to remove it from the site.
Anything you send to us - whether it is an idea, a
picture or a suggestion - becomes our property. Sorry
but we will not be able to return it to you. If we do
post something you send us, only your first name, country
and age will be shown. This is for your safety. We will
not post personal information about you on the site.
TheGhostHunterOnline.com cannot be held liable for
any of the stuff that's sent to us. This means that
if you send us something or say something on TheGhostHunterOnline.com
about a person, place, or thing and it is not true,
we cannot be sued or blamed for what you have said.
Even if TheGhostHunterOnline.com posts it, your parents
would have to pay for a lawyer and all other costs.
Links to other sites
We will do our best to make sure that every link we
have on the site sends you to a safe place on the Internet.
But, because Web sites change so quickly, we cannot
guarantee the content of other sites. It is a good idea
to check with your parents or teacher before heading
off to any new sites.
If you have any questions about any of this, ask your
parents or teacher before exploring any more of TheGhostHunterOnline.com.
