Everything that you see or read on TheGhostHunterOnline.com is owned by Ghost Hunter Productions. That means you cannot copy or transmit any of it.

TheGhostHunterOnline.com will offer images, such as email postcards, that you can send to your friends. The images that are “ok” to send will be clearly marked, with something like “SEND THIS TO YOUR FRIENDS!” 

If an image does not have a message saying it is cool to copy or transmit it to others, please do not copy or transmit it for any reason. To do so would be breaking a law.

Places you post stuff

TheGhostHunterOnline.com wants kids from around the world to be able to say what they think about The Ghost Hunter books, Cori and Marta, the ghosts, the hauntings, the fan club! But, if we find something inappropriate, we have the right to remove it from the site.

Anything you send to us - whether it is an idea, a picture or a suggestion - becomes our property. Sorry but we will not be able to return it to you. If we do post something you send us, only your first name, country and age will be shown. This is for your safety. We will not post personal information about you on the site.

TheGhostHunterOnline.com cannot be held liable for any of the stuff that's sent to us. This means that if you send us something or say something on TheGhostHunterOnline.com about a person, place, or thing and it is not true, we cannot be sued or blamed for what you have said. Even if TheGhostHunterOnline.com posts it, your parents would have to pay for a lawyer and all other costs.

TheGhostHunterOnline.com strives to create safe, educational and entertaining content and activities for kids. Most of TheGhostHunterOnline.com. activities are free and registration is not required. Some areas of the site, such as the fan club, are reserved for registered TheGhostHunterOnline.com fan club members. Here, kids must obtain their parent's permission to register. Once the registration is completed, kids are provided a password for entrance to this area.

TheGhostHunterOnline.com follows the FTC guidelines for compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and Rule. Verifiable parental permission is required for the collection of any personal information.

No personal information provided to TheGhostHunterOnline.com by its registered users is sold or rented to any third parties.

What info is collected?

When a TheGhostHunterOnline.com visitor wants to post on our monitored message boards and chats, they are asked to provide info that is not personally identifiable (first name only, age and the country of residence). TheGhostHunterOnline.com uses the e-mail addresses to communicate with kids and their parents about the site and other features. None of this information is sold or rented to any third parties.

We encourage parents to be involved with all of their child's Ghost Hunter activities.

The Ghost Hunter Message Board--Kids can post to the fully monitored TheGhostHunterOnline.com message board. All messages are monitored and evaluated for appropriateness. Private messaging between kids is not allowed. TheGhostHunterOnline.com kids are not permitted to share any information that will personally identify them. If they do or ask another kid for that info, their message board privileges will be terminated.

The Ghost Hunter Updates are sent via email only. Hence, no physical address information such as last name, street, city is required from the child.

TheGhostHunterOnline.com does not release, sell or in any way provide the names or identities of children to any marketers. We do not now nor ever will.

Does TheGhostHunterOnline.com use cookies? What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file that Web sites place on your computer to keep track of some information. On TheGhostHunterOnline.com, cookies do not store any personally identifiable information about you.
