visit. Currently, we are offering 5% commission.
You
agree to each of the terms and conditions
set forth below. If you do not agree with
any of these terms, please discontinue this

Notice:
You must be 18 years of age to become an
affiliate. If you are not 18 years of age
but are a website owner and would like to
participate as an affiliate, we would be
happy to forward a print application to
you by snail mail. Your completed application
will require a parent's signature. Write

to request a print application.
1. We reserve the right to reject any web
site if we determine, in our sole discretion
and following our review of your site, that
your site is unsuitable for any reason,
including, but not limited to, inclusion
of content that is in any way unlawful,
harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene,
harassing, or that promotes sexually explicit
materials, violence, or discrimination.
2. You may not, at any time, use your affiliate
link in any unsolicited email promotion.
All email promotion activities must at all
times fully comply with all relevant US
and international laws.
3. Artificially producing such activity
by the use of scripts, bots or other automated
methods shall invalidate this agreement
and render the Affiliate ineligible to receive
any payments.
4. You and we are independent contractors.
Nothing in our association will create any
partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise,
sales representative, or employment relationship
between the parties.
5. All Ghost Hunter intellectual property,
including, but not limited to, sample chapters
from books, web site content, logos, contests,
artwork, and webscenes, are the sole property
of Ghost Hunter Productions. You may not
quote, copy, or by any means reproduce or
distribute any content or likeness without
the written permission of Ghost Hunter Productions.
6. The interactive book-webscene creation
of intellectual property is a patent-pending
business method (USPTO application number
60/298,777). You may not use this process
method for creation of intellectual properties
without licensing granted by Ghost Hunter
Productions.
7. We reserve the right to terminate your
affiliation with The Ghost Hunter at any
time, should we determine, in our sole discretion,
that your site is unsuitable for any reason,
including, but not limited to, inclusion
of content that is no longer "child friendly,"
your promotion of The Ghost Hunter is insufficient,
and/or your representation of The Ghost
Hunter and Ghost Hunter Productions is unfavorable.
Such notification of termination would be
by email and fax, followed by snail mail.
You would be required to remove all Ghost
Hunter related content, images and links
from your site within 48 hours of notification.
